What is the normal turnaround time?

Most jobs can be turned around within 5 working days, depending on the need for finishing (folding, binding, etc). Early or late turnaround time will be advised on approval of artwork.

Can I request for a faster turnaround time?

Yes. We are always willing to work with customers with pressing needs for fast turnaround!

What file types do you accept? What is the specification?

We are most comfortable working with - InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (.pdf, .eps, .ai, .cdr). Print Ready File Specification: * 2.5mm bleed; * 100% Scale; * Convert your text to paths, curves or outlines; * All images are 300dpi or above; * Nominate all colours as CMYK or Pantones (PMS); * If mailing your material please include a colour or a black & white proof copy of your file (reminder: include all fonts, scans and linked items)

What types of storage media do you accept?

We can take your files on a CD, DVD or send to us via email.

Will I receive a hard or soft proof?

You will have either or both. Soft proofs can be transmitted more quickly, but we happily supply hard copy proofs for color matching and stock purposes. *** No printing will be proceed until approval of artwork is received.

When will I see a proof of my printing job?

We will begin working on your printing job as soon as you place your order and we receive your digital files. You should receive a proof within days or our staff will advise the possible time to have your proof.
